Our 25 year old roof in Big Bear Lake wasn't leaking, but was weathering and needed to be covered with a second layer of shingles. Other roofers insisted on a complete tear off, but Cody and the City Inspector agreed that wasn't necessary. So Cody's bid was half of theirs. He was very professional and prompt. When I was faced with several leakage problems they responded immediately.

Risking life and limb during heavy snowfall and hurricane winds, to apply tarps, preventing any further drippage.
